He is a resource person and consultant to many national (faith-based Muslim) organizations.
Biography
Oladosu is a cultural critic. His scholarly horizon and expertise straddle Arabic literary Criticism, Islam and Arab-Muslim Modernities, Gender, Race and Middle-Eastern and North African Studies. He has won international fellowships and scholarships. He was a Fulbright Scholar, a Bill Gates Scholar and Fellow, African Scholar Program, the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, United States and a Visiting Professor to the International Islamic University of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. Only recently, he completed his sabbatical at the University of Ghana. In addition to being a Member of NAL, Oladosu is also a member of Nigerian Association of Teachers of Arabic and Islamic Studies (NATAIS) and African Consortium for the Study of Law and Religion (ACLARS) South Africa among others. He presently serves as Member of the Governing Board, National University Commission, (NUC) and Dean, Faculty of Arts, University of Ibadan. He is married with children.
